Welcome to LivePlus Support.

LivePlus is an iPhone camera app for creating custom-duration Live Photos with control over duration, key photo, resolution, HDR, video quality, aspect ratio, lens selection, and related capture settings.

Quick Help

A photo was not saved

Confirm that LivePlus has permission to access Photos:

iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → LivePlus

Allow access, reopen LivePlus, and try another short capture. Also confirm that your iPhone and iCloud storage are not full.

The camera view is unavailable

Confirm that Camera access is enabled:

iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → LivePlus

If access is enabled but the viewfinder remains unavailable, close and reopen LivePlus, then restart the iPhone if necessary.

A Live Photo has no sound

LivePlus requires Microphone permission to include ambient audio:

iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → LivePlus

Captures can still be created when microphone access is denied, but they will not contain ambient audio.

A Live Photo has no location

Location access is optional. To include the shooting location in photo metadata:

iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → LivePlus → While Using the App

Enable Precise Location if you want the most accurate map position. A location may be omitted when the device cannot obtain a reliable position in time.
